CHEF JEFFREY KOLLINGER

Jeffrey Kollinger is a Dallas-based culinary entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in culinary design, event creation, and catering management. He currently serves as the CEO of Innovative Hospitality Group, a regional food service management company that provides managed food services to businesses in DFW.

Kollinger also serves as the CEO of The Spice of Life Catering (SOLC), an elite catering company that accommodates large soirees, corporate retreats and intimate gatherings. For over 37 years, SOLC has developed a high caliber roster of clients including Pat and Emmitt Smith, Craig and Ambassador Kathryn Hall, George Clooney and the Clintons.

In his most recent role, Kollinger, purchased the iconic Tillman’s Bishop Arts in Oak Cliff, where he serves as CEO. Tillman’s is a staple in the historic Bishop Arts District, and offers an inviting, relaxed atmosphere with impeccable food and cocktails.
